Adventist Aviation Australia exists to connect people, places, and hope through aviation, outreach, and faith-based service.

From Dirranbandi in the south to Longreach in the north and all points in between, our volunteers travel by both road and air to distant towns, stations and properties in order to encourage, support and help members of the community and church members, spreading the 3 Angels Message throughout the QLD Outback.
At the heart of our ministry is a commitment to reaching the unreachable. We are a "boots on the ground" and "wings in the sky" operation, dedicated to bringing the Gospel and support to remote communities across Australia.
Our aircraft take us to distant church groups and allow us to conduct front-line evangelism in areas where traditional ministry is simply not possible. By taking to the skies, we can bridge the gap to communities that would otherwise remain out of reach.
For those living "off the beaten track" where planes cannot land, our volunteers hit the road in campervans and 5th-wheelers. We spend days traveling to visit people in their homes, offering a listening ear, spiritual support, and a message of hope.
Our ministry is as varied as the needs of the communities we serve. From running youth programs and hosting medical booths at country shows to conducting Bible seminars and door-to-door visits, we are committed to doing whatever it takes to make a difference.
Our mission is to reach hearts and communities others cannot—sharing help, hope, and faith across the outback.
To provide safe and reliable aviation and outreach services that support remote and rural communities, strengthen physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, and share hope through practical care, compassionate service, and faith-based ministry—reaching people where access is limited and needs are greatest.

A connected Australia where distance is no barrier—where aviation, outreach, and faith come together to ensure every community has access to care, meaningful support, and spiritual encouragement.

The Adventist Aviation Association (AAA) began its journey in North New South Wales in 1970. By 1975, operations expanded to South Queensland, where the chapter became affectionately known as “A Double A” to distinguish it from its sister chapter in NNSW. Since its inception, “A Double A” has been driven by a singular mission: to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with remote communities across Australia, whether by air or by road. Our dedicated team engages in a wide range of services to support this mission.
From youth programs and medical booths at country shows to Bible seminars, church building projects, and door-to-door visits, we are committed to meeting the diverse needs of the communities we serve. If there’s a way to spread the Gospel, chances are, we’re doing it. In addition to our independent outreach efforts, we also collaborate with established churches in remote areas upon request. This partnership allows these churches to access our services and expertise, helping them overcome the challenges of their geographical isolation.
Our leadership and committee work together to steward resources wisely and support safe, impactful ministry across Australia.
